The media help shape the climate in which we all work. As well as responding to the news agenda, we try to shape it.

We provide examples of good practice from members whenever we can and we have a regular column in the Western Mail every five weeks. And behind the scenes we brief senior journalists to help ensure that they understand the issues facing members.
